The vines are between 3 and 45 years old and planted on clay-gravel soils.
The grape varieties with which we make our wines are:
For the red: Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon
For the white: Sauvignon and Muscadelle

Our grapes are hand-picked.

The wine-making process takes place in our winery using the most traditional methods possible in vats or barrels depending on the wine.
