Rosé
A blend of Merlot and Malbec. Its attractive colour is
representative of the balance between vivacity and softness. It
has dominant black currant flavours and is a convivial wine to
be drunk as an apéritif, with summer meals and grills, pasta and
right through to dessert.
Red 2004
A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and
Malbec. The nose reveals notes of hedgerow fruit and the flavour
reinforces this impression, the finish is austere.
It is a wine to be drunk within 2 or 3 years.
2002 Red : The Merrain of Pech
Bessou
The estate’s newborn results from the selection of our best
Merlots, which waited a year in our French oak barrels to
finally see the day. This exceptional vintage with its nose of
ripe fruit, fine woodiness slightly vanilla-flavored, a full,
structured mouth with a good length, will make itself noticed on
good tables. Its pleasant, tannic finish gives us a glimpse of
its aging.
