Dry Bergerac
Aging our dry white on fine dregs lets us obtain a wine that is characterised by a nervous attack and a good length in the mouth. Its colour is clear and brilliant, its aromas are like a pleasant bouquet.
Companion to all fish and sea food, it can be drunk as an aperitif.
Drink it chilled.

Bergerac Moelleux

Semillon is the preferred grape variety for Côtes de Bergerac Blanc Moelleux. Smooth wine with a golden colour, which marvellously combines aromatic freshness with roundness in the mouth. It can be drunk young, but acquires fullness with aging.
Its freshness harmonizes very well as an aperitif, on melon, with foie gras. Thanks to its smoothness, it closes the meal with desserts.
Drink it chilled.
