Côtes de Bergerac Moelleux

Grape varieties:
Majority Semillon
Sauvignon

Wine Production:
Hand-harvesting
Low-temperature fermentation

Tasting:
The roundness of Sémillon, the fruitiness of Sauvignon
A delicate, fresh wine
Drink it at 7 - 8 °C with foie gras, melon, roquefort, bleu, strawberries, and pastry
Keep: 2 to 5 years







Bergerac Dry

Grape varieties:
Majority Sauvignon
Semillon

Wine Production:
Pellicular maceration
Low-temperature fermentation
Aging on fine dregs

Tasting:
Colour: very light yellow with green highlights
Nose: floral aromas of Sauvignon (boxwood)
Mouth: marked by citrus notes favouring freshness and vivacity
Drink it at 7 - 8 °C with crustaceans, seafood, fish, goat cheese
Drink it young, within 18-24 months after harvesting



Montravel

Grape varieties:
Muscadelle
Sauvignon

Wine Production:
Pre-fermentation maceration
Low-temperature fermentation
Aging on fine dregs

Tasting:
Colour: light yellow with green highlights
Nose: the floral of Sauvignon
Mouth: very round from the Muscadelle
Drink it at 10 - 12 °C with cooked fish, quenelles, white meat
Keep: 18 to 36 months
