The Vineyard

30 hectares (ha) in production
-20 ha of red with 60% Merlot, 10% Malbec, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Cabernet Franc
-10 ha of white with 50% Sauvignon, 25% Sémillon and 25% Muscadelle

Average age: 28 years
Average yield: 52 hl/ha – between 35 and 40 hl/ha for Côtes de Bergerac Red
Traditional cultivation and cover planting, “lutte raisonnée”,
mechanical suckering, removing excess foliage, green harvesting
