Imagine Mallevieille Red

Merlot dominant
Cabernet Sauvignon

Wine Production:
Selection of rows
Harvested by hand
Vine age: around 40 years old
Barrel aging

Tasting:
Colour: intense ruby, dark, deep purple highlights
Nose: aromas of dark berry fruit and spices
Mouth: good structure, supple tannins, Subtle harmony of the four grape varieties.
Drink it at 17 – 18 °C with meat, filet of duck, conserves, cheese
Keep: 7 to 8 years
Côtes de Bergerac Red

Grape varieties:
Majority Merlot
Cabernet Franc

Wine Production:
Aged in oak barrels for 12 months
Old vines

Tasting:
Nose: Woody aromas without excess, very lovely balance
Drink it at 16 – 17 °C with red meat that is grilled or in sauce, roasts, game, cèpe mushrooms, truffles, cheese platter, chocolate
Keep: 10 to 15 years
 
   
Bergerac Red

Grape varieties:
Majority Merlot
Cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet Franc

Wine Production:
Macerated for 36 hours
Low-temperature fermentation

Tasting:
Colour: deep garnet-red robe
Nose: strong and complex, aromas of dark berry fruits
Mouth: round and smooth, rich structure with round tannins
 
Bergerac Rosé

Grape varieties:
Merlot
Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting:
Drink it at 10 à-11 °C with salads, summer mixed grill, as an aperitif
Drink it young, within 18 to 24 months after harvesting
