Vinification :
Traditional tank vinification with strict temperature control for a slow, regular fermentation. From harvest to bottling every possible care is taken to preserve its character and flavours.

Tasting Notes : Serve this wine chilled (8-12°C) and you will be delighted by its roundness and freshness.
Its sweet nature makes it a good apéritif.
Its freshness compliments fish and some strongly-flavoured cheeses.
Its gentleness makes it the ideal accompaniment to dessert.
