This family
vineyard, dating from the 17th century, comprises 12 hectares of
vines all in one piece. It is located three kilometres west of
Bergerac on a high terrace of the Dordogne valley, within the
Bergerac and Rosette appellations.
Combrillac vintages are offered as AOC Bergerac Dry, Rosé and Red.
There are common characteristics of freshness, delicacy and aromatic
purity. Aging takes place in vats in order to preserve the maximum of
the wines’ fruity character.
The Rosette is a sweet white wine with a strong character.
Thanks to much coolness and moderate levels of sugar (this is the
least sweet of its kind in the region), this wine has a lot of
delicacy and lightness while expressing a strong aromatic character.
The new, high-end Bergerac Dry and Bergerac Red wines, have a
marked originality, thanks to Combrillac’s soil and to the less
“conventional” work in the vineyard and winery.
For over thirty years, we have been opening our doors to those who
wish to share this winemaking spirit and discover our vineyard. |
