Our
red wines
are made from a blend of grape varieties : Merlot, Cabernet
Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. They are well-balanced, supple,
and easy to drink with a dominance of red berry flavours. The 99
vintage is smoky and fruity with agreeable tannins.
They go particularly well with soup meals such as a cabbage and
bacon soup and with Périgourdin salads, game, fowl, stews and
mild cheeses.
The white wine
accompanies fish and seafood as well as white meat.
We particularly recommend it as an apéritif.
