Romanesque Church with Wall Belfry
 

The town of Verdon belongs to the canton of Lalinde, to the district of Bergerac and to “Entre Dordogne et Louyre” Community of Communes. The 2007 census counted 59 * inhabitants in Verdon. The surface area is 5 km². It is geographically situated at an altitude varying from 58 to 172 metres.
It has been occupied since prehistoric times — traces of Neolithic occupation are found there.
