Associations and Sports Clubs

Village Social Committee («Le Foyer»)
Following a quiet period the Village Social Committee is once more back in action with its members involved in the organisation of a variety of events revolving around ‘Lembrasien’ life : a second-hand fair, bingo, traditional May Day garlic omelette, a rally etc. Lembras’ associations and sports clubs also form part of the «Foyer Rural».

Waltz of the Spindles
Lessons in lace-bobbin lace-making and, more recently, embroidery. Premises above the post office.

Friends of the Vergt Garden
The idea is original : the association brings together gardeners whose green fingers are employed in decorating the village. The gardeners sow and plant the flowers of the village and this year they also organised a plant market and a ‘best garden’ competition. A variety of other projects are germinating !
