Covered with rib
vaulting, the Maison de la Noix is part of
an immense house which belonged a priest who,
dying right at the beginning of the
Revolution, bequeathed his home to the
village.
There
is an exhibition of the history of the
walnut and the uses of both fruit and wood.
A sign-posted
circuit guides the visitor around a variety
of walnut trees planted in the commune. |
