What
to See
The façade is heavily influenced by the
Saintonge style: the portal has four round
archivolts which are supported by pillars
with sculptured capitals and it is framed by
two blind arches. Above the door is a
modillioned cornice supporting five niches
composed of colonnettes and round arches. In
the place of the original gable now stands a
massive, square bell tower. The nave has
three bays and leads to a rounded apse.
Inside, there is an early eighteenth-century
alter piece.
