There are numerous products to taste before you buy, for example :
• 30 home-made vinegars (such as white balsamic)
• Olive oils with grapefruit, basil, wild carrot, Penja pepper, truffle... from France, Italy, Spain, Greece, the Lesbos Islands
• Oils of hazelnut, walnut, Argan, colza (organic)
• “Flowers of salt”, salt gathered from the top of the sea; and “salt diamonds”, salt crystals from the Kherwa Mines in the Pakistani Himalayas. Both are excellent products with rare and surprising flavours.
• Guérande fleur de sel: plain, with grilled spices, with lemon zest
• Truffled salts
• Andalusian coriander
• Espelette pepper in powder, jelly or purée
• Jamaican pepper
• Black, white, and green pepper; from the Penja in Cameroon, a region of rich, volcanic soil with a tradition of pepper production.
• Ceylon cinnamon

• Maple syrup and maple sugar nuggets
• Cane sugar flavoured with ginger, vanilla, or pepper
• Condiments for cheese, which have an unexpected taste (mango, fig, pepper, or pineapple)
