UNIQUE AND MAGICAL : THE LITTLE VERSAILLES OF THE PERIGORD

A truly
magnificent property, known locally (due to its architecture) as the ‘Little Versailles of the Périgord’ stands in a dream setting of oak forest, golf course and lake.

Vigiers is a 400-year-old, tastefully renovated château which has been turned into a 4-star hotel. It is surrounded by a fabulous 27 hole golf course which is, itself, set amongst its own plum orchards and vineyards. The beautiful setting is conducive to total relaxation and escapism.

Nowhere could it be easier to rest and relax than in this earthly paradise, far removed from the stresses of everyday life. From the moment of arrival everything will seem friendly and familiar thanks to the personalised interior decoration, the comfortable bedrooms, the amiability of the staff... Such an unusually comfortable atmosphere quite naturally gives rise to a restful, calm sojourn.

Château des Vigiers has
two restaurants :
“Les Fresques” (“The Frescoes”)
our restaurant located in the château, offers refined, inventive dishes on the theme of Sea and Soil, in a muted atmosphere with lovely Renaissance-style frescoes.
The pub “Le Chai”,
located in the former winemaking storehouse, greets you with a varied, flavourful menu, traditional and regional cooking, in a convivial environment.
