At present, 33 people work for the Three Bergerac Area Valleys Community of Communes.
22 posts were created and eight were transferred from member communes.

Elise JOSEPH is the Community of Communes director. She accompanies the Community of Communes’ territorial development processes, ensures the general administration of the community (prepares meetings, develops budgets, follows accounts, is involved in human resources…), develops and follows cases according to the strategies and projects defined by elected officials


Solange ARNAUD is the director’s assistant. She helps the director by with administrative occupations (mail, contracts, reports, orders, subsidy cases, government contracts…). She greets citizens, maintains accounts (invoices, wages, controls, titles…), and follows the employees’ personnel files.


Yoann RAYNAL is the team leader. He directs the jurisdiction’s technical team, develops operation schedules, writes documents for the roadway system (Declaration of Intent to Begin Work, road system authorisation …), manages supplies, develops work campaigns with elected officials (road system, road patching, asphalt).


The technical team mows and maintains verges of the inter-communal roads, mows and waters the football stadiums, maintains the gymnasium, patches the roads, applies asphalt, deals with various small jobs under local government control.
The team members are Thierry BELLUGUE, Franck BULTEAU, Daniel CLABAUT, Francis DENOYER, J. Marie DUPONT, Denis FAVAREILLE, Pascal GONTIER, Marc IZAC and Marie-Claire TAUNAY, who maintains the premises.


Nelly RIGOULET is the tourist secretary. She manages the Château du Roc and the Gravière Lodging House teams. She promotes tourist sites, receives customers, and works out estimates, bills, and reservation schedules.

The Non-Collective Public Clean-Up Service (SPANC) verifies that the autonomous cleaning network is functioning well. The Service has two agents: Sandrine BERQUIER and Claude BOOM.


Lisiane DUBOS is the director of the intercommunal day-care centre. She manages a team of eight persons, receives parents, keeps enrolment, puts together the children’s records, represents the community at the PMI (Mother and Infant Protection), manages supplies and orders.


The day-care centre’s team is made of Nassima ATMANE (Early Childhood Teacher), Dany BERGER and Sonia PICAUD (nursery nurse assistants), Chantal BLANC, Claire DINANT, Claire RIVES, Marion FRAISSE (nursery school assistants) and Leïla AICHOUBA (versatile agent).
