The ‘Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée (A.O.C.) Wines
• Bergerac Dry White : Sauvignon for the fruit and Sémillon for its round suppleness.
• Monbazillac : Fifty year-old vines. A manual harvest of several selective passages before being aged in new wood.
• Bergerac Red or Rosé : Merlot, Cabernet, Malbec
• Côtes de Bergerac Sweet White
