At the
farm’s ‘table d’hôtes’
guests are served a variety of fresh farm produce : vegetables
from the garden, home-made jams and preserves, foie gras, duck
magret and confit, cured ham, poultry (farm-raised chickens,
roast duckling) rabbit, veal (all meat is organic) eggs, fruit
cèpes etc.
Examples of dishes served : Veal in white sauce, chicken stew,
roast chicken with Girolle mushrooms.
Breakfast is served from 7h30 to 9h30 in the dining room or on
the terrace weather permitting.
