The 80m² house is independant, has a large, 40m² terrace, a garage and parking area. It is extremely comfortable and equipped for 6 people. From the terrace there is an amazing view over the surrounding forest. The house, truly representative of the Périgord, has been recently renovated and is, in fact, part of the farm itself although it is laid out in such a manner as to be totally independant and separate from the rest of the farm.

The cottage comprises :
• Sitting room with double sofa bed, coffee table, sideboard and large, covered table.
• Bathroom with washbasin, shower, WC and cupboard.

• Terrace with picnic table, barbecue, parasol and garage.
• Bedroom with double bed (140cm), bedside tables, wardrobe, table + 2 chairs, 4 blankets, 4 pillows and 2 duvets.
• Bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, 2 chests of drawers, 4 duvets, 4 pillows.
• Fully-equipped kitchen with 4-ringed cooker, fridge/freezer, cupboards, dishwasher, sideboard, table + 8 chairs, roasting spit and electric cafetière.
• Equipped with vacuum cleaner, washing machine, iron and ironing board, heating.

Sheets supplied at extra charge on request.
The cottage has electricity, hot and cold water, kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery and cleaning supplies necessary for 6 people.

Rental Rates and Conditions
The house is let on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.
All household bills are included.
Sheet hire : 6.098€ (40 FF)

A deposit of 25% of the total sum is required on reservation with the balance payable on arrival.
