Located in a hamlet but totally independant from any other houses and only a few meters from the surrounding countryside, the house is surrounded by a courtyard and a 400m², grassy garden (fenced-in and with trees, shade, garden furniture, parasol, swings, barbecue). Peace and quiet are guaranteed.

The hamlet of Soulalève is located on a quiet, country road 2km from Trémolat in ideal walking country (maps and hiking trails).

Trémolat itself is a rural commune through which runs the Dordogne River and which counts a population of 600. A magnificent dam provides many idyllic fishing spots.

The house comprises :
Ground floor :
• Fully-equipped kitchen (5m x 5m) with gas cooker, microwave, fridge, cafetière, pressure-cooker...
• Dining / living room (5m x 5m) with sofa bed (double) and colour television.
• Bedroom (4m x 4m) with 140cm double bed
• Bathroom
• Toilet
• Washing machine
• Iron, Hoover...

First Floor :
• Bedroom (10m x 5m) divided in two by the stairwell with a 140cm double bed on the left-hand side and two 90cm single beds on the right.

The house, therefore, can sleep a maximum of 8 persons.
Bedding is new but sheets and household linen are not supplied.

Prices
Price per week: from 300E to 460E depending on the period.
Deductions for two-week (or longer) bookings.
25% deposit on reservation.
The Holiday Cottage is currently free after August 18th, 2007
