The holiday cottage with tower can accommodate from one to 13 persons.
It can be rented either as two separate holiday cottages or as a single large one.
It is completely equipped:
-Vitroceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator - freezer, dishwasher, clothes washing machine, television, hifi
-A bedroom with a double bed
-A bedroom with two single beds
-A single bed in the living room
-A bathroom with shower, bath tub and sink
-Separate toilet

And all this in both parts of the house

-A large bedroom with two single beds
-A shower room with shower and sink
-Separate toilet


The house has electric heating and each part has a separate entrance.

 

Household linen available for hire: 8€ per person

Booking deposit: 30% of total cost of stay
Security deposit: 200€ on arrival
Holiday tax depending on the rates set by Bergerac Local Council
Arrival: Saturday after 12h00 / Departure Saturday before 12h00
The house must be left clean. A cleaning cost of 50€ will be charged if this is not the case.
