The cottage, with tower, sleeps up to 7 persons and is extremely well equipped.

The house has electric heating and an independent entrance.

It is available for rent for 5 – 7 persons.


 

Household linen available for hire: 8€ per person

Booking deposit: 25% of total cost of stay
Security deposit: 200€ on arrival
Holiday tax depending on the rates set by Bergerac Local Council
Arrival: Saturday after 12h00 / Departure Saturday before 12h00
The house must be left clean. A cleaning cost of 50€ will be charged if this is not the case.
